The aim of this e-module is to provide all relevant information on preserving one’s health at work, which includes both physical and mental health. Despite measures being taken in various areas to recognize the benefits of maintaining health at work, many professionals suffer from health problems or adopt bad actions and attitudes that may affect it. In addition to providing advice on good health habits, this module will also focus on raising awareness of the health and safety rights of professionals.
