Most of the jobs in our companies are jobs where you work with other people in one way or another. Whether it’s a small team of 2 or 3 colleagues on a small site or on a specific project. Or a team of 5 in a department store, or a team of 9, divided into 3 small teams in a company, etc.
Working in a team is not always an easy thing, although almost everyone praises its benefits. “Innovation!”, “Trust!”, “Service improvement!”, etc. But why doesn’t it always work?
We’ve put together two modules to learn more about
- how teams work,
- the benefits,
- the disillusions,
- the key elements,
- roles, as well as
- his or her own abilities in the field.
The modules must be taken in order. Each one will be 3 hours long, which you can follow at your own pace!
You can find the first one by clicking here.
