When registering on the MIGRANTECH platform and using MIGRANTECH, the latter will be required to request personal data. This includes the information provided when completing the learner’s profile: surname, first name, email address, telephone number, country.
This is in particular the information that you provide when you complete your profile, such as your surname, your first name, your email address, your telephone number, your country.
This data allows us to offer you content adapted to your needs and to improve the user experience. They also allow the association to develop its expertise on the theme of digital inclusion and thus offer high value-added services to its stakeholders.
The people who will have access to this personal data are, within the limits of their respective powers, the employees in charge of the MIGRANTECH project.
Your personal data is stored in our databases, hosted by O2SWITCH.
Modification of consent to the processing of your data:
You remain free to terminate any data processing by simple request and even if you have authorized it in the past.

Upon receipt and within 30 working days, we will end the processing of the data and proceed to the destruction of your personal information present in our system.

Data Retention:
When a user no longer logs into their account for a period of 2 years, the data will be automatically deleted from our databases.
At any time, the user can request access, modification or deletion.
Upon receipt and within 30 working days, we will end the processing of the data and proceed to the destruction of your personal information present in our system.
