Whether it&#8217;s a small team of 2 or 3 colleagues on a small site or on a specific project. Or a team of 5 in a department store, or a team of 9, divided into 3 small teams in a company, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Working in a team is not always an easy thing, although almost everyone praises its benefits. &#8220;Innovation!&#8221;, &#8220;Trust!&#8221;, &#8220;Service improvement!&#8221;, etc. But why doesn&#8217;t it always work?<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve put together <strong>two modules<\/strong> to learn more about<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>how teams work,<\/li>\n<li>the benefits,<\/li>\n<li>the disillusions,<\/li>\n<li>the key elements,<\/li>\n<li>roles, as well as<\/li>\n<li>his or her own abilities in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The modules must be taken<strong> in order<\/strong>.
