These skills are obviously essential to acquire and develop, especially when one is not familiar with the social environment. The person who migrates sees his psychological balance upset by circumstances, attitudes, etc. that she does not know and that she must manage simultaneously. It is the simultaneity of these stress factors to be managed that places the person in a delicate situation.
