Most jobs in our societies are jobs where you work with other people in one way or another . Whether it is a small team of 2 or 3 colleagues on a small construction site or on a specific project. Or a team of 5 in a department store, or a team of 9, divided into 3 small teams in a company, etc.

Working in a team is not always easy, although almost everyone praises its benefits. “Innovation!”, “Trust!”, Service improvement!”, etc. But why doesn’t it always work?

We have produced two modules to learn more about

• the functioning of the teams,
• benefits,
• the disappointments,
• the key elements,
• roles, as well as
• their own abilities in the field.

The modules must be taken in order . Each will have a duration of 3 hours, which you can follow at your own pace !
