Resilience refers to the ability to bounce back after experiencing events that are felt to be traumatic. Each individual being led to live through hardships, some of which are much more difficult to overcome than others, it is absolutely essential to know how to show resilience in order to find a balance and resume the course of one’s life. This module will thus endeavour to define resilience, to provide aid and advice in order to develop one’s resilience capacities, and finally, to explain how to put it into practice in the professional sphere.
